This is formed on site from two or more layers of felt. We use a high performance asphalt and polyester material usually applied by the torch-on, producing a long lasting cost effective roof. Bitumen can be used if required.

A traditional felt roof is a flat roof surface that is built up using a wooden base and adding 2-3 layers of bitumous felt.

We removed the old mineral felt flat garage roof, cleaned it back to the wooden boards in preparation for installation of the new mineral felt

These are then bonded together with heated bitumen and are subject to a finishing top coat that provdes both and attractive surface whilst helping protect the new roof from the elements.

This type of roof forms a dense and impermeable barrier to the elements.
